Organizational Development
Like individuals, organizations are constantly in the process of evolution. Energy Tap helps organizations assess, design, and implement effective solutions to problems that occur as the result of change. These solutions are created to meet the needs of individual agencies.
Energy Tap meets the needs of agencies in the following areas:
- Client Engagement: Problem definition, resources required, and criteria for success.
- Assessment: Through investigation, informational interviews, data collection, and analysis.
- Recommendations: With all data we gather, a consultant will prepare recommendations and present a draft implementation plan outlining necessary resources.
- Implementation: Using the implementation plan and stakeholder involvement, Energy Tap consultant will implement the plan.
- Evaluation: At pre-determined time frames, Energy Tap and our client will evaluate implementation success and process. At a project’s end date Energy Tap will offer an evaluation package outlining successes and further growth areas required.
Energy Tap’s consultants strongly recommend the involvement of our clients’ staff to solidify the “buy-in” and keep costs down. Every attempt is made to transfer all tools and methodologies to the client.
